* This role is office based, 5 days a week in northwest London (must be a reasonable commute).
The role:
* The office administrator will aid with various office tasks including HR and payroll.
* The successful office administrator will be responsible for completing day-to day administrative tasks whilst maintaining accurate and up to date records and documentation.
* The office administrator will oversee the records of salaried employees, checking discrepancies and addressing them with the relevant department.
* In this role, the office administrator will update information for new starters and leavers promptly and maintaining up to date information about current employees.
* The office administrator will play an active role in supporting HR, this includes enrolling new starters, collecting fingerprints for the clock-in and out machines, providing inductions and ensuring all files are kept up to date.
Ideal candidate:
* You will have an eye for detail and be proactive in your approach to resolving any discrepancies.
* You will be familiar with payroll processes and time sheets.
* It is essential you are able to prioritize and organize effectively.
* The successful office administrator will have prior experience in office administration.
* The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and will be a forward-thinking problem solver.
