Our client based in Crewe are seeking a part-time customer service administrator to join their team! This role would suit someone with excellent attention to detail, and you must be available immediately to start. This role is part-time hours over 5 days a week.
Duties:
1. Order processing
2. Responding to customer enquiries
3. Updating customer records and the database
4. Resolving customer queries
5. General admin support
Requirements:
1. Strong customer service skills
2. Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools
3. Experience using SAP desirable
