Key Responsibilities:
Assisting senior chefs with menu development and operations
Running your own section
Ensure all food is prepared and presented in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients to create quality pub dishes
Adhere to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
A passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and modern pub food
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
