Responsibilities:
* In-depth knowledge of Service Delivery contracts, Maintenance services and the Subcontractor market.
* Tendering and Contract management
* Exceptional negotiation and contract management abilities.
* Compliance and Cost Management
* Data Analysis and Reporting
* Ability to assess and measure supplier performance based on KPIs and SLAs.
* Strong understanding of procurement regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.
* Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
* Proficient in procurement software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong presentation skills for engaging with senior leadership.
* Analytical approach with a focus on cost control and maximizing value.
Qualifications:
* At least 12 months experience in Procurement.
* Ideally professional qualifications, such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply)
