This role has a starting salary of £32,512 per annum, based on a 36 hour working week. The starting salary for working 18 hours per week is £16,256 per annum. This is an 18-month secondment opportunity.
We are looking for two Senior Social Care Assistants to join our Mole Valley Locality Team, based in Dorking.

About the Role
As a Senior Social Care Assistant in Mole Valley, you will have direct contact with the public via phone and visits in their own home or care setting. You will work in partnership with individuals, their carers, professional staff in other agencies, service providers, and support brokers to support vulnerable adults and their families. You will assess social care needs, providing direct positive intervention to complex service users and support for their carers.
You may work with various care groups: older people, individuals with physical, sensory, cognitive impairments, learning disabilities, and mental health issues. Promoting independence, choice, and control is central to this role. This is an exciting opportunity to work with people to maximize their potential for independence, supported by experienced colleagues.
