We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Compliance Technologist to join the dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all products meet regulatory and company standards for safety and quality.
2. Maintain and update all technical documentation, including HACCP plans, food safety management systems, and compliance records.
3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and R&D, to address and resolve compliance issues.
5. Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
6. Support training programs to educate staff on compliance requirements and food safety protocols.
7. Investigate and manage non-conformances and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
8. Prepare and present reports on compliance status and improvements to senior management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a compliance or technical role within the food manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., BRC, HACCP, ISO).
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
