EVP NCE - SBU NCE Service - Service Offshore Internal Resource Management You will join our operations organization where you will play a key role in preparing our new employees for the forthcoming projects. In the Internal Resource Management team, we run an Early Recruitment programme, where we recruit and train a team of Service Technicians and Service Supervisors. Once the team is fully operational and has gained experience working on offshore turbines, we hand them over to Service ready to work at their brand new site, ready to make an impact from day 1.
