Job title: BI Developer Location: Warwick - Hybrid - Ideally 2 days per week in the office Contract length: 6 month rolling contract - potential to be extended IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a BI Developer on behalf of a highly reputable company in the energy and gas turbine industry. This is a 6 month rolling contract to be based at their Warwick office on a hybrid basis. This project focuses on enhancing and expanding existing dashboards for fleet operational data (engines and turbines) within a large multinational manufacturing company. The application is nearing its live launch, with the BI Developer required to refine existing dashboards, create additional features and dashboards, and provide support during the launch process and future enhancements. Strong proficiency in Tableau and Power BI is essential for the role. Responsibilities: Develop and enhance bespoke dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to transform data into information. Build new features and dashboards to meet evolving business needs. Provide support during the application's live launch. Ad-Hoc Support and collaboration with the other BI developers in the team and with the global BI developer team. Collaborate with a team of two other BI developers and full-stack developers. Systematic analysis and validation of the data contained within the data management systems, ensuring data integrity and data quality. Developing optimised processes to automate and support such validation. Data interrogation and integration between different data sources utilising Business Intelligence tools Support the ad-hoc and regular requirements for data analytics from other functional teams Key Skills / Experience Required: Experienced Business Intelligence Developer Strong proficiency in Tableau and Power BI is essential. Proven experience in back-end development, with a strong emphasis on SQL. Exceptional skills in designing and developing user-friendly dashboards. Ideally, experience working within a large multinational manufacturing company. Experience in an Engineering area, fleet data management, supply chain data management and Oil & Gas sector will be beneficial. Knowledge of SQL and SAP would be advantageous Ability to act independently, proactively and take ownership for the delivery. Customer-focused approach.
