Cleaner Streets Operative - Cleaner Streets
Job description
37 hours per week
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is experienced in Cleaner Street operations. Primarily dealing with the removal of litter/fly tipping, emptying bins and generally cleaning specified areas. You will need to be responsive to the varied needs of the service and familiar with Health & Safety controls.
It is necessary to work in a flexible manner to cater for the needs of the service at any particular time. Some weekend work will be required.
A current driving licence is desirable but not essential.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
A Health Surveillance assessment through our Occupational Health Service is a requirement for this post.
