As a Customer Service Claims Representative, you will be responsible for handling claims on behalf of a third-party company. You will play a pivotal role in managing the claims process from start to finish, ensuring all claims are handled efficiently within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire claims process for property or gadget and content areas, handling multiple claims simultaneously Serve as the main point of contact for claimants, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process Collaborate with various stakeholders in the claims process, including assessors, brokers, and insurers, to ensure a smooth and timely resolution Maintain accurate and detailed records of each claim, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible Meet and exceed individual and team targets, striving for excellence in both customer service and claims handling Continuously develop professionally, identifying areas of improvement and actively seeking out training opportunities Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service or claims role is essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with claimants and stakeholders Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy when handling claims documentation and data A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential obstacles Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly Knowledge of property or gadget and content insurance claims processes is advantageous In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £20,500 - £25,000, depending on experience.
