A respected civil engineering contractor working on HS2 is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join their growing team in Coventry. With secured work across the Midlands for the next four years (minimum), this is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, ambitious company playing a key role in delivering the future of UK infrastructure.
The Role:
As Administrative Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of the team - providing vital support across project teams, site staff, and senior management. You'll handle everything from document control and scheduling to reporting and general coordination to keep things moving on time and on track.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing administrative support to project teams and site staff
Assisting with document management, filing systems, and compliance tracking
Organising meetings and distributing key communications
Updating internal systems and databases
Supporting the smooth running of daily operations on a high-profile infrastructure project
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally in construction or engineering but this is not essential)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with systems
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Offer:
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience
Full-time, permanent position
