Bell Cornwall Recruitment is a delighted to be working with a successful Financial Services company with offices in Castle Bromwich. They are looking to grow their client services team due to a company wide expansion and want an IFA administrator to join them

The Role:
1. Liaise with internal and external parties- first point of contact for clients
2. Updating and ensuring all supporting documentation is maintained
3. Oversee management of annual reviews and portfolio reviews
4. Prepare Platform withdrawals / fund switches / transactions for approval
5. Respond to customer queries with standard letters or draft relevant responses
6. Further ad-hoc administrative duties
The Ideal IFA Administrator will have:
7. 2 years or more experience at an IFA Practice (Highly Desirable)
8. Experience in Financial Services (Essential)
9. Experience using Intelligent Office
10. Great communication skills both written and verbal
11. Excellent professional presentation
12. Long term plans to remain within a client services role
