HR Business Partner
Location: Norfolk
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £55,000 per year
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our client as a key advisor to senior leadership, helping to shape and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities for an HR Business Partner:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business goals and objectives. Offer strategic & pragmatic solutions to support the strategies within the business unit.
2. Actively engage with your stakeholders and team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement, drawing on your knowledge of case law and legislation.
3. Policy Development: Create and refine HR policies to improve efficiency and compliance with legal requirements.
4. Lead the implementation and optimisation of HR information systems and digital workflows within the business unit.
5. Design & deliver training & development programs that support UK policies as well as the strategic goals of the business unit, particularly driving leadership development.
Key Requirements for an HR Business Partner:
1. Chartered CIPD L7 or equivalent.
2. Relevant practical generalist experience gained in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
3. Hold a full UK Driver's License and be able to travel. Occasional overnight stays will be required to meet business needs and support other areas of the UK.
4. Willing to progress your knowledge through CPD and ensure current, up-to-date knowledge of case law.
