Department – Operations

The Operations Administrator (temp) role will support the operations team with key administrative tasks in preparation for a peak period.

Please note this role is office based and we are located in Milton Park (OX14 4SH).
This is a temporary role for 6-week period.
1. Collaborate with teams to update and maintain the Export Product Database with accurate product, weight, and dimension details.
2. Validate and manage commodity and HS codes using official government and HMRC resources.
3. Organise certification requirements for international customers and support 2025 order form preparation.
4. Compile and manage department files and consumable specifications within our shared digital workspace.
About You
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with data entry. Must be able to demonstrate strong Microsoft Excel skills.
