Job Description
* Conduct benchmarking activities and data analysis within the industry to maintain competitive compensation packages.
* Prepare and present analytical reports on reward policies and initiatives (e.g., bonuses, pay reviews, job evaluation, pay scales and grading).
* Translate large volumes of data from various sources into usable and actionable summaries.
* Data cleansing.
* Support with the annual salary review and bonus process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Reward Analyst should have:
* Proven experience as a Reward Analyst in a similar role.
* Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
* A good understanding of reward management principles and best practices.
* Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
