As Ecommerce Design Manager, your role is to ensure the delivery of high quality creative work that drives performance across key areas of the business including content for the Teemill Platform, designs and content for top VIP stores, and content for own brands. You’re responsible for leading the design team in creating and maintaining high-quality, visually lead creative products and marketing that gets results across a range of platforms and channels (video, social, display, paid & organic channels, & some on-platform content) You’ll create interesting and inspiring campaigns that generate awareness of the Teemill brand and help the right audience find the Teemill platform as we look to expand globally. You’ll also create quality marketing content that help Teemill store owners reach their customers and grow their business, through quality print designs, store builds, marketing graphics and AI photography made available on the platform. In leading the design team, you’ll also ensure that good work cascades down to the Teemill platform, ensuring that we’re constantly iterating and improving it as we go. You’ll train and mentor the design team, helping them to improve their knowledge and understanding of best practices, supporting them in their growth.
