In this role, you’ll lead and support key reward processes such as quarterly bonus process, annual salary reviews, and benefits administration. These activities will be across our global territories, including M&D & Newmedica.
You’ll work closely with HR Admin, Data and the Business Partner teams to ensure accurate data handling and communication. Your responsibilities will also include benchmarking roles, managing reward information on SharePoint, and overseeing the administration of Perks and Perks Plus.
You’ll have the opportunity to enhance our reward processes, ensuring they meet business needs and provide a positive experience for our employees. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in managing large volumes of data and preparing accurate reward summaries and letters.
