About The Role
The HR Administrator role will form an integral part of an established but developing team and will provide an exciting and challenging role for someone who wants to join a fast moving, progressive organisation.
The role will be based at the University of Warwick central campus. There will be a requirement and expectation to attend the office 4-5 days per week during your initial introduction and training period. Flexible hybrid home working options will be available following your successful progress.
We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.
About You
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR administrative support to stakeholders, typically dealing with HR work in respect of recruitment and will be pivotal in helping the team succeed.
