Learning Technology Manager
ASAP start - running until end of the year

Instinct are working with an esteemed education body which boasts a wealth of learning programmes across a range of subject areas and aims to bolster the opportunities available to young people looking to break into various key industries. They have significantly invested into their digital learning provision in order to enhance the digital capabilities off staff and studies across the organisation, and are looking for an individual to lead in its continuation.
The successful post holder will be responsible for organising the development of organisation-wide digital skills, implementing new and emerging technologists, leading on the administration and maintenance of learning tools, and guiding all digital-learning-related projects. Aside from this, there will be a responsibility to lead a team of Digital Technologists. The role holder will also be responsible for continuing the development of the Digital Strategy, and will need to work well with various relevant stakeholders to ensure the continuation/cultivation of positive relationships. One particularly important area of development for the organisation is in the implementation of emerging technologies such as AR, VR, XR and AI, so an interest and previous experience in this space would be highly valued.
The ideal person will have experience with:
* Managing digital learning technology projects within an educational setting
* Leading staff development initiatives related to digital skills enhancements
* Demonstrating excellent communication skills
* Virtual Learning Environments, and software's such as Turnitin
* AR, VR, XR, and AI technologies within an educational context
* Managing digital learning projects
* Leading staff development relating specifically to their digital skills
* An understanding of pedagogical principles and their significance to the digital learning space, as well as the Instructional Design process
This role will be a full-time, day-rate contract running until approximately the end of December and based in London 5 days a week.
