Duties & Responsibilities
* Coordinate with multiple drivers and communicate with ports.
* Book delivery slots for port entry.
* Use the TOPS transport system for scheduling drivers.
* Monitor driver ETAs and ensure timeliness.
* Reroute jobs as needed.
* Verify PODs match jobs in the system.
* Inform customers about delays and ETAs.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience as a Transport Operator – Essential.
* Confident, clear communicator (written and verbal).
* Willingness to work a 4 on/4 off shift pattern.
* Excellent UK geographical knowledge.
* Ability to work independently.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Organized and flexible to meet business demands.
