Sharp Consultancy are thrilled to be working alongside an ever-expanding manufacturing business in the Doncaster area. This well-established business has experienced year on year growth, resulting in an increase in workload across the finance function. Due to this, they are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their welcoming finance team on a temporary basis, throughout a busy period.
This is a temporary role, assisting throughout the increased workload, however due to their continuous growth, this position does have the potential to become a permanent appointment for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:

Process daily transactions on both the purchase ledger
*
Dealing with queries and resolving any discrepancies
*
Coding, matching and entering purchase orders
*
Complete supplier reconciliations
*
Prepare payment runs
*
Set up supplier accounts
Qualifications & Experience:
*
Experience in a similar position
*
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
*
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
*
Proficient on various ERP systems and Excel – advantageous not essential
