Commercial property lawyer

Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – 3 months + – Up to £60 per hour umbrella – Full Time
Venn Group’s specialist legal team is assisting a Local Authority in their search for an experienced Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join their legal department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate prior experience working within a Local Authority and across Regeneration and Development projects .
Key Responsibilities:
To undertake a mixed caseload of Property matters with a focus on Regeneration and Development work
Handle variety of cases including, but not limited to, Acquisitions & Disposals, Long Lease & Transfers, School Academy Leases, Asset Management work and Leasehold Enfranchisement
Manage all legal work in relation to Regeneration Projects including preparing contracts for services, building & works, and advising clients on European Procurement Legislation
Role Details:
Duration: 3 months +
Working Arrangements: Full Time, 37 hours
Rate: Up to £60 per hour (Umbrella)
