This person will guide the sales process, building relationships with existing and prospective customers and ensure a seamless customer experience. Main Tasks & Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to our existing database of customers. Discussing and providing quotations for the full product range. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication. Understanding customers product needs by generating and closing new and existing leads. Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales activities, opportunities, customer interactions and reporting on sales performance. Conduct campaigns to generate new business leads. Achieving set KPIs on a weekly & monthly basis. Key Skills: Proven experience building relationships in an outbound sales role. Experience using IT systems such as SAGE and Salesforce are preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively on the phone. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, providing proactive problem-solving solutions.
