We are looking for experienced Carpenters/Joiners with general building experience to join our Estates team on a full-time, permanent basis. Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Estates helpdesk Team you will be required to deliver a first class carpentry installation and maintenance service across a variety of properties on campus. It’s a varied role and represents a great opportunity to join a close knit team. About You We are looking for an enthusiastic candidates who will be City and Guilds qualified or hold an NVQ equivalent in Carpentry/Joinery, along with substantial post qualification experience in a similar role. The ideal candidates will be able to work on their own initiative, be able to assess and solve problems on site but be able to operate effectively as part of a great team. The working hours for this role will mainly be Monday to Friday each week, however, flexibility is key for this role as some weekend work may be required.
