Field Business Development Manager (East England)
We are seeking an experienced Field Business Development Manager located in the East of England with substantial and recent experience in delivering strategic objectives for Intermediary Sales to support and grow our business and enhance the relationships with identified key mortgage networks.
As a member of the intermediary sales team, you will be responsible for relationship managing key broker relationships throughout the East of England and surrounding areas to grow sales and foster long lasting business relationships with new and existing intermediary partners.
Responsibilities will include:
* Provide an exceptional service and experience in all interactions with our intermediary partners.
* Develop long lasting and mutually beneficial broker relationships to help the society reach our growth aspirations.
* Embrace the society’s continuous improvement strategy by supporting piloting & providing feedback to management on procedures to enhance the service and experience for our customers.
* Assist the department with building and maintaining relationships with other areas of the business by working and supporting together to improve broker experience in all interactions with the society.
What we are looking for:
* Based in the East of England.
* Knowledge of Financial Services regulatory requirements.
* Proven track record in high volume sales.
* Experience of the intermediary mortgage market.
* A good understanding of the Society’s product and service offering.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Well organised.
