About the Role Validity is seeking an Account Executive (AE) to join our high performing sales team. As an AE, you will be responsible for prospecting potential customers, articulating the value of Validity products to targeted personas, as well as maximizing and capturing revenue by driving deals to closure. Also, you will develop and execute sales strategies designed to deliver revenue consistently and predictably. This position is a hybrid work schedule that requires a minimum of 3 days per week in our Uxbridge office. Position Duties and Responsibilities - Directly sell Validity's products and services to targeted personas across specific industries - Consistently attain and exceed monthly sales quotas - Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure. - Utilize Validity's sales process to uncover prospect needs and articulate the value of Validity's corresponding products and solutions. - Work in a team environment to drive all prospecting, qualification, sales activities and sales targets in a defined geography or territory - Become proficient with Salesforce CRM Automation tools for contact management, opportunity tracking, sales pipeline management, forecasting and sales reporting Required Experience, Skills, and Education - 2 years' successful quota carrying experience selling SaaS technology products or services, calling on business influencers and meeting monthly performance objectives consistently. - Ability to self-source opportunities from cold outbound and warm and inbound leads - Experience managing complex sales cycles. - Ability to review technical contracts and documentation for compliance with required terms and identify areas for further review. - Familiarity and comfort using MEDDIC sales process - Familiarity and comfort with classic sales training methodology (Challenger, Sandler, Miller Heiman or similar) - Experience using CRM tools to manage and forecast sales opportunities - Proficient in Sales Stack of technologies; ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator and Gong. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
