Morgan Hunt are working with a client in the Inverness area to recruit a Helpdesk Technician on a contract basis. The main responsibilities of the role include: Logging any ICT incidents, Problems and Changes ensuring that they are progressed in accordance with defined processes. Supporting users through digital transformation processes and services. Documenting knowledge articles to support the wider department. 1st Line support of technologies such as AVD / VMWare / Networking / Microsoft Office. Escalating complex issues to ICT Systems Engineer. Ordering, asset managing, building and installing a broad range of ICT Hardware and Software. Administering Office 365, Exchange and other ICT systems as required. Logging support requests with 3rd party suppliers ensuring the correct details are passed to the support team, seeing updates as required. Issuing and setting up of Mobile Phones.
