About the role:
As a trusted financial advisor on multiple large-scale and smaller critical projects, providing counsel and recommendations through business case generation and project management, the Head of Financial Transformation will be responsible for leading the financial systems, strategic, and continuous improvement initiatives within our finance function, driving efficiency, and optimising processes, to support our broader strategic objectives. Expertise in digital finance transformation, process simplification and change management, will ensure our finance functions align with the company’s long-term growth plans.
Modernisation of our systems (including ERP) is high on the agenda. This role will require overseeing the potential selection and implementation of new finance systems and tools, ensuring they meet our evolving needs, working closely with IT, the business, and finance teams, to achieve a smooth integration of digital solutions. This will form a significant part of the role going forwards.
About you:
You’re an experienced, innovative, and strategic thinker who can partner with finance, IT and operational leaders to deliver substantial improvements across our finance organization.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills - able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent project management, leadership, and team management skills, experienced working across functional teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
* Proven experience in leading large-scale finance projects.
* Deep knowledge of finance systems, ERP platforms, automation tools and data analytics.
* Background in finance transformation or ERP projects.
* Experience in change programmes with strong governance.
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
