A leading architecture firm is seeking a Senior MarketingExecutive to lead and execute dynamic marketing strategiesacross diverse sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to work withinan innovative and people-centred organisation committed to sustainablegrowth and strategic impact.
The role involves working closelywith the Head of Marketing and directors to enhance brand visibilityand drive business development through a multi-channel communicationstrategy. You will need to balance creativity, strong organisationalskills, and stakeholder management, while contributing to theorganisation's vibrant, collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Strategy: Manage a comprehensivecalendar of external content, including press releases, websitecontent, social media, award submissions, newsletters, and reports.
* Promotional Materials: Coordinate thedevelopment of marketing collateral such as brochures and videos,liaising with external agencies where necessary.
* Events and Networking: Plan and manageevents, exhibitions, and corporate hospitality; represent the companyat industry events and overnight conferences (including internationalopportunities).
* Brand Management: Act as abrand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across all channelswhile exploring opportunities for growth.
* StrategyDevelopment: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing onannual marketing strategies, budgets, and performance benchmarking.
* Team Leadership: Provide mentorship andtraining to junior marketing staff.
* BusinessDevelopment Support: Prepare bid documents, credentials, andpresentations, and assist with new business initiatives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in Marketing, English, Media, BusinessStudies, or a related discipline.
* At least 3 years ofexperience in a full-time marketing role.
* Exceptional writtencommunication skills.
* Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, andMicrosoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, andIllustrator is a plus.
* Strong organisational and budgetingcapabilities.
* Confident and proactive, with excellentinterpersonal skills.
