OPTICAL ENGINEERS- (OPTICS MODELING ENGINEERING): AEROSPACE AND DEFENSE
Bullisher is a data-centric fintech solution provider in the aerospace and defense industry for institutional level investors, looking to disrupt and revolutionize a $3 trillion dollar industry. We spearhead an industrial-leading Blackbox to facilitate and administer trade agreements pioneered by a vehicle, driven by our new generation benchmark delivering solutions through innovation with uncompromising agility.
Connected industrials and military systems are dynamic and they’ll require different specific data communications patterns. There’s going to be real-time command and control, live streaming sensor data, and large amounts of data for analytics. The data distribution service should be well suited for all the communication patterns because of the rich service policies specified by the standards. We use these policies to tailor the behavior of the data real-time command and control.
As a newly created team of seven, the oversight permitted by THE MISSION INTELLIGENCE DIVISION requires you to design workflows for space-bound optics laser communications systems and analyze the simulation and optical and mechanical tolerances, optical components modeling, lens stack optimization. Areas to cover will include: Optical development software. A design set-up to incorporate system specifications before the final design is reached. Once the initial system is optimized based on different operands and constraints to meet the performance requirements depending on the application, there might be a need to do design iteration depending on if the system meets all the requirements.
Methods to follow: Perform a tolerance analysis. Different optical and mechanical housing will be added to the system to analyze systems sensitivity. Engineers may need to re-optimize the system if the sensitivity is still too high. The design process may need a couple more iterations depending on how optical performance is affected due to structural and thermal analysis. The system will be optimized, focusing on wavelength and aperture specifications in line with system requirements as well as different field considerations for the different paths. Throughout the design phase, engineers will have three designs to analyze and choose from for the initial set-up. This initial setup will be critical to a successful design system requirements. The system optimization occurs within specific operands tailored to our specific requirements and applications, providing quick understanding of design capabilities and downfalls, fast decision making to narrow down design approach, manufacturing and cost.
We are a startup enhancing the formation of early stages of a product development project.
OUR OBJECTIVES AND RISK ASSOCIATES:
* Create a well-understood design that can handle launch space-bound optics simulation laser communication and space environments.
* Save time and cost by simulating design changes to account for image quality over the operating temperature range.
* Address any potential risk in the design process and emphasize the integration of our systems in the standard lab as well as addressing any risk factors that may be present within simulation.
* Any design changes that can be done but are limited to this include changing the camera shim thickness between the optic and the detectors, which will undergo formal approval, review, and voting by representatives for security impact analysis, THE C.A.B (CHANGE APPROVAL BOARD).
* Redesign the mechanical housing to meet specifications.
* Design iteration in the design process to predict how optics will react to their mechanical housings.
