Job Title: Social Worker – Older People and Hospital Team
Location : Conwy
Rate : £34.81 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available at the Conwy County Borough Council. They are looking for a new member for their Older People & Hospital Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will deliver a high-quality social work service to older people who are deemed vulnerable or in need of support. You will work with citizens, carers, and families to provide support and develop resilience and independence. Ensuring that citizens, families, and carers are at the center of decision-making about their lives and the outcomes they want to achieve will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have at least 3 years post-qualified experience.
