The post holder will be responsible for delivering a program of Innovative and continuous improvement within a contract. This could include projects to prove concepts or reviewing impact for people personal outcomes and/or return on investment for the public purse. The role is designed to ensure from concept to completion all stakeholders are managed to enable successful delivery where we exceed expectations and help our commissioners and the Health and Social Care workforce to deliver their goals and improve the lives of those living in their boundaries.
* Be a TEC expert in process and services
* Support our commissioners to meet their objectives with our Innovation process
* Project delivery all the way through from concept scope to outcome reporting
* Identify funding opportunities
* Close working with internal and external stakeholders to assure successful implementation, delivery and outcomes
* Map outcome measures of success logic model
* Design and lead workshops to meet specifications and assure co production
* Identify process gaps and find solutions
* Feed into wider TEC strategy
* Identify case studies, service offers and opportunities that should be shared with a wider group
* Designing service solutions
* Designing and delivering training
* Designing process to hand over to operations to deliver
* Assessing operational compliance to the operating model
* Support GMs with compliance improvement plans

* Strong communication skills, for example presenting, report writing, chairing a meeting
* A good understanding of Local Government, NHS and voluntary sector to enable you to identify opportunities

* Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to assure successful implementation, delivery and outcomes
* Ability to map, report and crate outcome measures of success logic model
* Design and lead workshops to meet specifications and assure co production
