Red Sky are currently seeking a full-time Customer Operations Representative to join a busy operations team within a collaborative and dynamic environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about aviation, ideally with prior experience in the industry.
Located on the River Thames, we provide critical access to Central London for business, public services (including air ambulance and police), and other aviation needs.
As part of our small operations team, you will be the first point of contact and the public face of our operations. This role requires initiative, flexibility, and professionalism to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key Responsibilities
* Flight Operations: Accept and process flight bookings, manage the daily flying program, and liaise with internal teams (air traffic control and airside handling) to ensure safe and efficient operations.
* Security Management: Oversee front-of-house and airside security control.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional care to passengers, liaising with customer-operators, aircrew, and support staff.
* Airside Assistance: Safely manage passengers and their belongings to and from airside, working closely with the Airside Handling team.
* Compliance and Coordination: Work with external regulatory agencies and coordinate pre-flight notifications with UK border agencies for international flights.
* Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate flight movement data and database records, generate reports, and manage invoicing for fees and services.
* Stock Management: Monitor and maintain operational, administrative, and customer service supplies.
* Safety and Emergency Support: Follow safety management systems, assist during emergencies with first aid, casualty care, evacuation management, and emergency service liaison.
* Leadership Support: Deputise for the Customer Operations Supervisor and act as Duty Operations Supervisor when required.
Salary: £27,000 per annum (rising to £29,120 after successful completion of a six-month probationary period)
Hours: 40 hours per week plus overtime, with a flexible shift pattern between the hours of (06:30-23:00), including weekends and occasional public holidays
