Job Overview
The successful candidate will meet and greet patients in the Breast Unit. There will be a requirement to support the Team with the booking of outpatient appointments, inpatient/day case stays, along with the booking of investigations and any other support required by the Clinical Team/Unit Support Manager.

2. Bookings of outpatient/inpatient appointments
3. Booking of radiology appointments
4. Supporting Clinical Teams/Unit Support Manager

Essential criteria
* Good general education to GCSE or equivalent
* Knowledge of patient administration and other related systems acquired through experience and qualification
* Excellent telephone manner
Desirable criteria
* Experience of dealing with the public by telephone and in person
* Ability to be flexible to hours of work between 8.00am and 6.00pm
