Operations Director - South East - £85k

I am currently recruiting an experienced Operations Director for an independent Contract Caterer, with a fantastic reputation for fantastic food and strong client relationships. This role is not for the faint hearted – you will be responsible for 50 very different contracts, each with their own demands and business requirements. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team of 4 Operations Managers across London and the South East.
The ideal Operations Director will have the following knowledge/experience:
1. Experience in a senior management role, within Contract Catering – ideally within B&I or the Independent education sectors.
2. Great understanding of the client’s needs.
3. Managed a patch of business with a combined turnover of £15-20m+.
4. Strong knowledge of both hospitality and retail business with fantastic financial acumen.
In return for your hard work, you will receive a generous salary package of up to £85k, a performance-related bonus, Private Medical Insurance, and a competitive car allowance.
