Essentials:

Work involves setting up new referrals to the team and reconciling the accounts as per audit requirements, payments made in relation to agreed care packages. Candidates need to display a good command of communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to respond to the needs of different client groups. Occasionally, this requires meeting with the client to show, explain and simplify process requirements for reconciling their account before submitting for payment. They are required to deal confidently with customers over the phone, ensuring clear communication.
