KS1 Teacher - Sheffield Based - September Start
Are you a KS1 Teacher seeking a new challenge in an exciting new environment? Here at Protocol Education, we are seeking to recruit a qualified Year 1 Teacher for one of our North Sheffield schools. If you are a passionate, fun, and energetic individual with QTS status in search of a new venture, this could be the role for you!
As a successful candidate, you will:
1. Have a good understanding of the National Curriculum and be confident in communicating this in daily lessons.
2. Understand the change that Year 1 pupils encounter during the transition from reception and be able to show empathy and understanding when dealing with any behavioral difficulties.
3. Recognize that all children are different and not offer a common approach to all.
4. Be an individual that makes a learning environment a place that children are eager to be.
Key responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging lessons to a high standard.
2. Ensure regular marking of pupils' work and progress files are up to date and tracked if necessary.
3. Deliver lessons considering all areas of the KS1 Curriculum and assist pupils in meeting individual targets.
4. Ensure quality communication is delivered in all areas of daily work with colleagues, pupils, parents, and other professionals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
