If continuous improvement excites you, this role will allow you to work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for growth and implement strategies that drive meaningful change across the organisation.
As part of EKC Group’s Corporate Services team, you’ll collaborate with the Corporate Services Officer and the Group Director of Corporate Services to develop impactful solutions that enhance the student experience and ensure the Group and Trust meet their statutory responsibilities.
Please note that this is a temporary position until December 2025.
A typical day will involve:
* Engaging with leaders and stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Monitoring legislative updates to refine key frameworks and provide guidance for staff.
* Organising and tracking progress on projects, writing detailed reports, and driving improvements.
* Reviewing and analysing documentation to identify opportunities for enhancement.
