The right person will have the ability to follow process as well as think ‘outside of the box’ to provide creative solutions to problems. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract with the view to go permanent at the end. Job Overview Working in a team of 12, this is a varied role, where each day will bring something new. You will be working in a process driven environment, however there are elements of this role that will require you to come up with creative solutions to problems. Day to day you will be: Corresponding with customers via telephone and email (internal and external customers) Administering cash and billing transactions Issue resolution – investigating and resolving queries relating to billing and payment About You You will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and have a keen appetite for learning. You will have the foresight to own the customer journey from beginning through to resolution. You will be an adaptable team player who takes pride in your work and have an interest in continuous improvement. There are no requirements for formal qualifications in this role, however proven literacy, and numeracy, such as relevant GCSE’s will be advantageous. Initially there will be an expectation for you to be in the office frequently (full time for approximately 1 month) while learning the role, then 2 days in the office therein; this can be flexible depending on your commitments.
