Salary £12.32 per hour We are looking for a friendly and reliable admin/stores assistant to join our team at Aberdare who can work on their own initiative, timeously, with good communication skills and who will enjoy being part of a friendly and dedicated team. Working alongside the Depot Engineer, you will be responsible for performing general office tasks, and the daily collection and distribution of personal and engineering related data, along with the ordering of parts for vehicles as required and the maintaining of the depot stores. You’ll be part of our Aberdare team who contribute to transporting our fantastic customers safely and comfortably every day to healthcare and employment, to shopping and leisure, and to friends and family. Aside from the satisfaction of being a key worker in your community, there’s plenty of reasons for you to join the Stagecoach South Wales team… Your Duties and Responsibilities: Consolidate and report on fuel usage Distribute vehicle maintenance schedule documents on our new EAMS system Upkeep personal employment records while observing GDPR protocols Complete and relay of working hours and wages information Update service, cleaning and KPI information Compile, send and receive emails to company and outside parties Take minutes at internal meetings Ordering all requirements for engineering and traffic Goods in/Booking in/Booking out on our new Eam’s system Invoice enquires Stock checks Unpacking goods and ensuring they are in good condition to be fitted to our vehicles Training and Qualifications: You should ideally be able to show experience in the following areas: Ability to work with electronic and paper filing systems Training on business specific systems will be provided Computer literate preferably with experience of using Word and Excel. Good telephone manner. Numeracy, literacy competency and is attentive to detail. Proactive with a flexible and helpful attitude. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
