Main responsibilities:
* Operate the timber treatment line
* Oversee the correct use of the timber treatment, pressurised tank and feed systems
* Ensuring safe loading and unloading of the line
* Ensuring Health and Safety rules are always abided to
* Monitor the treatment process and adjust the parameters when needed
* Keeping good clear records of production batches, treatment usage and calibration checks
* Ensuring you work within the given tolerances and quality of finished goods
* Maintaining general cleanliness of the line environment at all times
* Carry out basic PPM routines and daily line/maintenance checks
We are looking for someone who has:
* Experience in running timber treatment line
* NVQ level 1 and 2 in timber treatment preferable
* A good standard of Sideloader and Counter balance experience
* The ability to problem solve and fault find
* Experience in a similar role and machines
* Strong awareness of Health and Safety
* High levels of accuracy and efficiency
* Excellent attention to detail is essential
* Effective communication skills with a good working knowledge of computers
* Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast paced environment
