HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The Sales Associate is an Ambassador of Piaget inside and outside the Boutique by ensuring top-level service for each client. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales and proactively developing the client database by implementing effective data capture.
Key responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate a constant awareness and actively strive to achieve Key Performance Indicators (TPIs) to increase Boutique performance and reach Individual and Boutique targets.
2. Assist and support After Sales clients and provide maintenance recommendations.
3. Participate in and represent Piaget during promotional events and activities.
4. Contribute ideas and recommendations to the Management team to achieve improvements in all aspects of boutique performance.
5. Provide exceptional standards of customer service surpassing client expectations at every opportunity by following our "Piaget Touch" Art of Selling.
6. Ensure the highest level of service and care to all customers (both Clients and prospects).
7. Build, develop, and maintain your own Local and International client database ensuring repeat visits and client loyalty.
8. Resolve client complaints with the highest professionalism by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making appropriate recommendations to the Boutique Management.
9. Support the Boutique Management in any back of house/administrative operations as requested and manage day-to-day operations.

1. Knowledge and understanding of the Luxury market, Customer service, and High Watch and Jewelry industry.
2. Excellent communication skills.
