An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CEE Manager in the pharmaceutical industry. Based in Berkshire the CEE Manager will focus on leadership, management, and collaboration with third-party distributors while ensuring cross-functional alignment. The goal is to optimize asset performance, ensure continued profitability, and navigate the complexities of CEE markets, including economic, political, and healthcare systems. Role Provide leadership, management, and collaboration with the 3rd party distributor(s) Ensure that there is cross functional collaboration within the company and across the 3rd party distributor(s), including Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Compliance, QRVI, Market Access, Medical Affairs and Marketing Optimise company pipeline performance ensuring the continued profitability throughout the lifecycle of the assets Essential Requirements 5 years working in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries Track record of successfully meeting sales targets, managing costs, or delivering against cross – functional project plans Independent manager to collaborate and manage 3rd party distributor(s) and cross-functional teams to create effective and efficient working relationships Practical knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical development and commercialisation specific to EU, and business practices required to successfully bring a drug product to the market Utilizes experience, presentation and influencing skills to facilitate successful team discussions and outcomes Experience navigating complex contractual agreements overseeing development and commercial collaborations Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to effectively facilitate large cross-functional and cross-companies’ meetings Familiar with the ABPI Code of Practice Strategic thinker, data-driven and analytical in approach to solving problems Previous rare diseases, mental health, oncology, immunology, nephrology, and rheumatology experience Understanding of the health systems, economic, legal, technological, social, and political landscapes in the CEE countries Education/Qualifications Science/pharmacy/medical education to degree level essential Continued professional development Clean driving license Right to work in the EU
