Your Role While in this role your duties may include but are not limited to: Managing the booking and creation of travel arrangements, including accommodation and any other requirements Scheduling both in person, oversees and virtual client meetings into the CEO's diary Proactively managing the calendars between internal and external stakeholders Handling personals tasks which may include managing appointments, family arrangements and anything else that would fall into a 'non-work' category Managing the inbox for the CEO Handling light social media marketing and email mailshots for the CEO Booking internal days away from site including focus days, as needed Managing event bookings that management or business development professionals should be at Seeking opportunities to streamline processes and software for continuous improvement Undertaking market research on competitors to help support the development of services Supporting the setting up of new offices, even in different countries Supporting the identification of new third-party partners, including marketing or branding businesses Creating documents across the businesses including training and HR documents, new starter packs, process documents, presentations and reporting as required by the CEO You MUST Have Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria: Excellent experience within a comparable role encompassing an executive assistant remit Fantastic organisational abilities, with not only exposure to diary and calendar management and travel arrangements, but someone who is able to embrace a dynamic work environment with a changing workload Solutions focussed, strategic and proactive Strong IT skills, including with Microsoft Office and also in document creation, including research, reports, packs and presentations Ambitious and driven Your Opportunity This is an unprecedented opportunity to join a thriving business, with a presence across the globe, that is known as a leader within its niche.
