Job Description Bank Residential Support Worker
Overview:
* We require resilient Support workers in our existing Ofsted registered services in the Southport/Scarisbrick area. Suitable candidates will work alongside regular contracted staff, supported by the management team.
* Preferable but not essential that the successful candidate holds a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Children's Residential.
* We have Bank hours available across all our services, experience is desirable but not essential.
* We offer competitive rates of pay and pay asleep in duties at £60.00 per night, per shift.
* Due to the rural location of some of our homes, candidates holding a full UK driver's license are preferred.
Duties include:
* Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks care plans, and daily logs are completed and up to date.
* Assisting with support and ensuring the young person's needs are always met.
* Covering shifts as and when to cover full-time staff absence due to annual leave/ sickness
* Day and night shifts are available on an ad hoc basis.
* Positions taken as the bank could become permanent if/when contracted hours vacancies arise if candidates wish.
