Sales Negotiator
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, with alternate Saturdays, 9am - 1pm, with time back in lieu.
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 DOE, with bonus scheme.

As well as offering rural advice and professional services, SBK manage commercial and residential property portfolios, residential sales and lettings, valuation, general practice work, planning and architecture, development, strategic land promotion, client accounting, block management and compulsory purchase.
Sheldon Bosley Knight are looking for a Sales Negotiator, who wants to make a difference to join their busy office in Market Harborough.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Branch Manager in the achievement of the sales targets for the business.
* Effectively handle enquiries and convert them into viewings or market appraisals.
* Follow up previous viewings for further feedback and buying decisions.
* Provide timely, respectful and constructive feedback to vendors.
* Make outbound calls to follow up on previous applicants to generate viewings for properties.
* Meet customers that visit our offices and handle their enquiries.
* Provide support with sales progressions via solicitors, buyers, and vendors.
* Ensure vendors & buyers receive regular updates.
* Provide administration support such as sales property folders, document checklists, and brochures.
* Carry out compliance checks including Anti-Money Laundering for all clients.
* Daily check of reviews, tasks and other actions due.
* Create a live for sale listing.
* This job may include valuations, subject to valuation training/experience provided.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
* Two or more years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator or similar role.
* A proactive approach with a can-do attitude, target driven to get results.
* Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
* Be smart, professional and personable.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Determination to generate new business and maximise opportunities.
* Strong time management and organisation skills.
* Flexible and adaptable approach.

* A full, clean UK Driving License.
