Description NOV is looking for a Service Business Development Manager. Duties & Responsibilities: Strategy Development for FMS in the service and after market segments – create a business plan building on historical data and create a specific asset database for our current product portfolios. Identification of competitors installed base and identify opportunities for conversion Actively pursue the installed base with a focus on the obsolesces strategy and conversion to current models Identification of acquisition targets that will enhance our position within this key segment. KPI Development for the aftermarket segment Key Account Development for end users/OEM. Presentation of a coherent business plan to launch our new strategy for the aftermarket segment. Resource identification and development to carry out the approved plan. Experience: Previous sales or business development experience in the aftermarket service segment. Previous experience of fluid handling products for the industrial products, ideally pumps and agitators. Education: Bachelors, degree in Mechanical or equivalent engineering a qualification preferred, or other technical discipline plus sales experience MBA Equivalent market experience will also be accepted Strategic Skills Able to think and develop innovative strategies to create growth for FMS in its current and future product portfolios in the Food/Pharma sectors.
