CND are partnered with a utilities organisation as they embark on hiring a Security Culture, Training and Awareness Manager to share that team moving forwards. They are investing in technical controls as well; however, one key element for them is making their users more Cyber aware. You will be given the tools to run effective training and simulation as well as being responsible for designing training that is tailored to relevant stakeholders within the business. This is a permanent role, with a base location in either Warwick or Wokingham, but this is managed very flexibly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Take ownership and responsibility for developing the security training portfolio and developing tracking metrics for the business.
2. Develop the strategy and roadmap for security training.
3. Communicate the importance of training and security in general to a diverse range of stakeholders, both technical and business focused.
4. Maintain and refresh training for new joiners.
5. Take a data-driven approach to improvements in the security culture.
6. Experience in defining and delivering training and awareness strategies.
7. Confident in writing and delivering training, both online and face to face.
8. Previous knowledge of running phishing campaigns and improving results over time.
9. Able to articulate the value of such training to different stakeholders.
10. Knowledge of how to interpret relevant data and make decisions based on it.
