Description:
The Scottish FA is looking to recruit a Ticketing and Membership Operations Executive to ensure Scotland Supporters Club memberships, Debenture scheme ticket sales, and general ticket sales and match day operations are administered in accordance with Scottish FA policy, while providing first-class service delivery to all Scottish FA customers and stakeholders, ensuring inclusivity for all.
The right candidate will have solid experience in a ticketing environment and/or ticketing systems (Secutix would be an advantage), along with excellent customer service and admin experience. They will ideally have worked in a stadium environment.
With excellent customer service and organisational skills, the ideal candidate will be resilient, positive, and have a can-do attitude; a team player who is confident working independently and has a strong customer service orientation.
Football doesn't take place during standard working hours, so a flexible attitude to travelling and working hours is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a best-in-class customer service to all Scotland supporters and debenture holders, as well as other stakeholders, both internal and external.
2. Manage and accurately maintain all aspects of Scotland Supporters Club membership, Debenture holders, and other customer data in line with GDPR.
3. Accurately maintain and review as necessary all Scotland Supporters Club membership and Debenture documentation.
4. Administer all ticketing operations for Senior Internationals, Scottish Cup, SPFL League Cup, UEFA and FIFA Cup Competition matches at home and abroad, and any events held at Hampden Park, including systems and website preparation, testing, recording, and reporting as necessary.
5. Administer all associated membership, ticketing, and debenture processes, procedures, and documentation in line with current Scottish FA policy and GDPR.
6. Understand and develop a working knowledge of the Debenture Scheme and associated stakeholders.
7. Encourage customer engagement using all communication channels, including all social media platforms.
8. Provide support as directed and required for match day operations both nationally and internationally.
9. Liaise as necessary with internal stakeholders and service providers to meet all operational requirements.
10. Co-ordinate internal and external mail room operations as directed.
11. Promote and embrace a culture of continuous improvement whilst demonstrating the Scottish FA values.
12. Any other reasonable duties as directed by the Ticketing & Membership Operations Manager or Assistant Manager.
