An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our Head Office in Bracknell, working within our Marketing and Head Office Departments. This role is ideal for an established copywriter or account executive to join our expanding multi-award-winning marketing team.
Key Responsibilities within Marketing:
* Engage with the branch and head office teams to submit and support our social media strategies.
* Research, generate and schedule interesting and engaging content across our social media channels, as well as monitoring and promptly responding to, and where appropriate escalating internally, mentions, interactions and reviews across Trustpilot, Google, Facebook and Instagram.
* Research and produce blog content based on industry and company news & data, and with the purpose of increasing web traffic and organic search prevalence.
* Engage with the branch network on relevant company initiatives via telephone and email.
* Develop your writing style so that it engages a diverse range of consumers in the property market.
* Raise the Company’s profile in local, regional and national mediums by communicating with external contacts to ensure the profile of editorial is raised.
* Engage with our customers in the online space effectively and quickly.
* Be responsible for internal staff photography and signature records for use within marketing activities.
* Maintain up-to-date photography and content across our website and other media channels, e.g., social and industry portal.
* Engage with the branch and head office teams to submit and support our social media strategies and output in line with our ‘Marketing Champion’ initiative.
Key Responsibilities within Head Office:
* Be the face of Head Office by ensuring visitors are greeted with a warm welcoming interaction that creates a positive first impression.
* Ensure Head Office is always impeccably presented and that both internal and external visitors always gain a positive impression of the company.
* Ensure all incoming queries or work given is completed efficiently and accurately within agreed timeframes whilst following agreed processes.
* Front line head office support such as phone answering, stationery ordering, incoming and outgoing post, initial handling of complaints and passing to the correct department.
* Collate and process incoming articles into the company internal newsletter, and prepare the publication for Director review.

* Have excellent communication, including written skills and telephone manner.
* Have a great team attitude – to be prepared to be cross-trained on tasks to assist whilst colleagues are on annual leave.

* Prioritise and deal with a high volume of tasks, remaining calm under pressure.
* Keep multiple stakeholders updated on the progress of tasks.
* Strong IT skills across MS Office packages including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
